Ronald R. Willoughby was born in Kansas. He spent his early childhood in Bellflower, California, and his later years in Wichita.  After school, he spent several  years in the military where he served as a pilot and an instructor.  After his discharge, he worked as an executive in the aerospace industry for thirty-five years, where he honed his writing skills preparing business proposals.  He has now focused those talents on fast-paced fiction.  The backdrop for his first novel, No One Left To Burn, is New Orleans, which was home for Ronald and his wife, Deborah, for twenty-one years.  They now reside in Phoenix, Arizona, where Ronald also does some free-lance acting.
